The lighter weight formed aluminum pan features a premium nonstick interior surface, which allows for easy release and effortless cleanup. The pan's exterior measurements are 13.6 x 4.9 x 1.9 inches, with an interior of 11.6 x 4.1 inches and a 4 cup capacity.

Before initial use and after subsequent uses, the pan should be hand-washed with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended. Prior to each use, the pan should be brushed with butter or shortening and dusted with flour or cocoa to coat. Baking spray containing flour may also be used, but regular cooking spray should be avoided.

Mixes and recipes may vary, so the pan should not be filled more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow. Metal utensils, scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners should not be used on the nonstick surfaces.
